Cancellation policy.

Need to cancel or move your booking? Contact us as early as possible with your booking reference.

Before driver allocation

Where a booking is cancelled before driver allocation or operational commitment, we will review the payment and service status and confirm the available options.

After allocation or close to the booking time

Cancellations close to the booked time, after driver allocation, or after operational work has started may be subject to fees or reduced refund eligibility.

Rescheduling

Where possible, Get It Moving may offer to reschedule instead of cancel. Availability and price may change depending on the new time, route, items and service requirements.
