Bookings and quotes
Quotes depend on the information provided by the customer, including service type, items, distance, access, timing and selected options. Final pricing may change if the booking details change or additional work is required.
Payments
Where payment is required online, bookings are confirmed after successful payment unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid checkout sessions may remain pending until completed or expired.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate addresses, item details, access information and contact details. Restricted, unsafe or undisclosed items may be refused or require additional charges.
Service changes
If you need to change a booking, contact support as early as possible and include your reference.
